Explore the project concept

The project consists of three luxurious villas with an open sea view and southwest orientation. Each villa features ca 240 m² net and 400 m² gross living area. In the course of concept development, we put a special emphasis on the atmosphere in the space we provide. At the top of each villa there is a large roof terrace of over 120 m² in size inviting you to enjoy the magnificent sunsets and the view of the Zadar archipelago. The atmosphere in the space is enhanced by extremely high ceilings (3.10 meters) and oversized internal and external doors.

To provide you with maximum privacy, the villas will be built at different heights - three to four metres - in a cascade arrangement. Each villa will feature a garage with four parking spaces, basement, ground floor, first floor and an enchanting roof terrace. The basement features a fitness and wellness room with a sauna and shower, a laundry room and an additional technical room. Living room with a dining room, kitchen, toilet, pantry and a fantastic garden featuring a swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor space - all located on the ground floor of the villa.

The first floor has been designed with your full rest and renewal in mind. It features 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. There are two main bedrooms, which, in addition to the bathroom, also have a wardrobe, a private terrace and a free-standing bathtub overlooking the sea. On the very roof of these luxurious villas there is a terrace, a closed whiskey and study room, a jacuzzi, a sitting area and a bar.
