Who are we?
TST group is a company founded in 2022 when three enthusiasts decided to join forces
forces to start a successful joint business. We want to contribute to the business of the company
using your creativity, improving yourself in your field of work and respecting the resources that
we use, paying attention to sustainability.
Our team
Stefan Heidtmann
A successful construction specialist dedicated to solving various challenges in the construction sector. In Hamburg, he managed several successful companies such as SG Bau-Gmbh and Buxtehuder Baugesellschaft and realized numerous projects. For himself, he points out that he is a fan of the Adriatic coast, where he likes to enjoy himself as a sailor, except for the occasions when he replaces the boat with a Harley Davidson.
Tin Knežević
After working in a real estate agency abroad, due to his curiosity, he decided to explore the real estate market in the Zadar region. Soon he joins with his business partner and together they start ''Sol Home''. He shows his dedication to work best in sudden situations when he decisively solves all the problems of key customers and clients.
Tiho Knežević
He accepts each new day as a challenge to improve his organizational and communication skills. He sees the real estate business as a calling, as evidenced by his daily work at ''Sol Home'' companies where he carefully plans and then realizes all the activities of the buying and selling process for sellers and buyers.
